This Privacy Policy explains how Carlos Fernandez ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use the Ritmo iOS application (the "App"). Ritmo is a simple, beautiful run tracker with essential stats and shareable cards — completely free.
If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not use the App.

We do not collect account logins (there are none), photos, microphone, contacts or any similar personal data. There are no ads and no third‑party SDKs that track you.

You can generate an image card of your run statistics to share on social media. Card generation happens on your device. Sharing is entirely optional and under your control; once you share a card, it is subject to the destination platform’s terms.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email cfm@fastmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
The App is suitable for all ages; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
Ritmo does not use cookies or other tracking technologies outside of the analytics described above. There is no account system and no online storage.
We may update this Policy occasionally to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements or processing practices. We will notify you via the App before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the App after the update date constitutes acceptance of the new Policy.
